D2 history: I used to play D2 alot back in the day. Mostly softcore though. My favourite class was the necromancer. And i must say (spoiler alert) i was really happy about running into Marten during my hell playthrough with my demon hunter in Act III.
Why do you want to join: I want to join you're community cause i really got into harcore play since the release of Diablo III. And i would like to share my experience and trade my loots with you guys.
Who told you about Gauss and got anyone who can vouch for you: My brother (BKC) is a senior Gauss member. He told me about this community and he might be willing to vouch for me.
Chars: D2 chars: None, D3 chars: Kharn lvl60 Barbarian (softcore), Ninjadips lvl54 Demon hunter (softcore), Mortarion lvl29 Witch doctor (softcore). This weekend i'll be rolling a witch doctor HC character.
Fallen Heroes so far: Salsaborinke lvl18 Wizard got to Act II but got killed by a Fallen lunatic (diamond skin & frost nova on cooldown) the little ninja blew up in my face. i didn't even see it running at me.
And then there was Hoerenkak lvl29 Monk (yes they can die too) I got as far as Act III in the tower of the damned. I ran into 3 packs of phaze beasts (1 of the packs elites electrified). They managed to push me into a small corridor and one of the packs teleports behind to block my way out. at one point i ran out of abilities to use and my pot was on cooldown...... it was a sad sad day....
